This is a look at the forthcoming Libra Ingress from a traditional perspective. I deliberately have not made any predictive comments in the hope of stimulating dialogue that will leave out any political bias. All Mundane charts throughout the year should be read in conjunction with the Aries Ingress chart for the capital of each country in which you are interested.
The UK Aries Ingress chart had Scorpio rising. Mars, the chart ruler, was in detriment in Taurus in the seventh sign. This indicates the country is “controlled” by its’ partners or adversaries. Venus, the dispositor of Mars was located in the fixed sign of Aquarius in the 4th or turned 10th chart of the chart. This denotes inflexibility, nothing will change. When you have a fixed Ascendant on the Aries Ingress chart, that chart stands good for the whole year.
In addition to the Aries Ingress, charts of the eclipses, ingresses of the Sun into the other three Cardinal signs, and the ingresses of Jupiter and Saturn should also be taken into consideration.
In the Libra ingress chart for Westminster we have Sun, Venus and Mercury in Libra in the ascending sign. Venus is domicile ruler and also rules the eighth sign of Taurus, (other people’s money and resources). We note the moon (who generally represents the people), is very strong in her own sign of Cancer in the 10th.
In mundane astrology, we also need to focus on the houses and who or what they indicate. The 10th house represents the current Government and Head(s) of State. The Moon has just separated from an exact opposition to Saturn, ruler of the fourth and fifth signs. We note Saturn is also very strong, having just turned direct in motion in his own sign of Capricorn.
Both Saturn and the Moon have a tight aspect to Mercury in Libra, as well as aspecting Venus, the Sun and the Ascendant degree.
Jupiter ruler

In mundane astrology, we also need to focus on the houses and who or what they indicate. The 10th house represents the current Government and Head(s) of State. The Moon has just separated from an exact opposition to Saturn, ruler of the fourth and fifth signs. We note Saturn is also very strong, having just turned direct in motion in his own sign of Capricorn.
Both Saturn and the Moon have a tight aspect to Mercury in Libra, as well as aspecting Venus, the Sun and the Ascendant degree.
Jupiter ruler of the third and sixth houses, (short journeys, kith and kin, education, servants, employees and disease), is in aversion to both Saturn and the Moon, but, he is in whole sign aspect with Sun, Venus and Mercury by sextile and squares Mars.

Mars, ruler of the Aries Ingress rising sign, is in the 12th sign of Virgo of the Libra Ingress chart,(and the 11th of the Aries Ingress) but does aspect Moon, Saturn and Jupiter. Mars in this instance rules the second house of resources, allies and assets, and the seventh house of those who oppose us and partners. Mars is located in the 12th sign of the Libra Ingress, indicating our partners may work against us in a manner that will may affect our resources. However, with Venus, indicator of our partner’s assets in the rising sign, this suggests we too have some control over the assets of our opponents or partners.
It should be borne in mind the Ascendant of the Libra Ingress is the 12th sign in the Aries Ingress chart.
These aspectual configurations remain in place for all charts around the world.
Looking at the chart for the location of the EU (Brussels), we find the Ascendant and MC degrees have advanced from the UK Ingress chart.

The Asc degree for Brussels is now conjunct the fixed star Spica. Robson notes the following: “According to Ptolemy it is of the nature of Venus and Mars; and, to Alvidas, of Venus, Jupiter and Mercury. It gives success, renown, riches, a sweet disposition, love of art and science, unscrupulousness, unfruitfulness and injustice to innocence. [p.211.]1”
The MC degree has shifted from Cancer to Leo, the fixed Royal sign. This is an indication the EU will not change its’ stance. The comments above regarding partners and/or opponents also apply to this chart. The EU see their partner is possibly plotting against them!
Turning to the Ingress located for Washington, USA. The Aries Ingress in that instance had a mutable sign rising. When there is a mutable sign on the Ascendant, that chart stands for the first 6 months until the Libra Ingress. The Sun enters Libra in Washington DC at 03.51 23rd September 2019.

Here we find the Asc degree is 21 Leo, MC is 15 Taurus. Both Sun and Venus are in the 3rd sign of the Ingress chart, with Venus dispositing.
This suggests the focus will be on kith and kin and all the 3rd house stands for. With fixed angles, there is unlikely to be much change over the next six months with regard to events in America.
Moscow. The Aries Ingress had a mutable sign rising, so the Libra Ingress takes over.

The Libra Ingress occurs at 10.51AM, 23rd September 2019. This puts 14 Scorpio on the Ascendant, with the MC at 5 Virgo. Mars is located in the 11th sign. The 11th sign in Mundane astrology relates to the Exchequer and allies of the Government. There may be news regarding religious issues, overseas trade and matters concerning the assets of the people.
Finally China. The Aries Ingress also had a mutable sign rising, so same comments as above.

The Libra Ingress occurs at 15.51 Beijing, China. It puts 7 Aquarius on the Asc and 29 Scorpio on the MC. Saturn, the chart ruler is in the 12th sign but in his sign of Capricorn. We have a further indicator of 12th house matters for the next six months as Aquarius is the 12th sign of the Aries Ingress for Beijing.
